“BROD TEATAR“ ON THE WATERWAYS OF VOJVODINA 2007.

“BROD TEATAR” FINALLY HAS ITS OWN BOAT!
Brod teatar, upon the reconstruction, will become the stage for permanent use where theatre plays, concerts and exhibitions will be organized throughout the year.
During summers this stage will be a traveling stage for the project “Waterways of Vojvodina” and, in near future, our plan is to connect our city with other European regions via waterways. This boat will be open for our citizens of Novi Sad and Vojvodina, as well as for foreign tourists, to travel on the Danube and its rivers and channels throughout Novi Sad and Vojvodina.

On Friday, 27 July 2007, there was organized the welcoming party for the boat which arrived to the Novi Sad harbour when the boat’s flag was raised. This welcoming reception was organized on the boat and attended by Mr. Bojan Pajtic, President of the Executive Council of Vojvodina and the crew of the Brod teatar.
This year the the BROD TEATAR staged the play “OUR LITTLE LIFE IS ROUNDED WITH A SLEEP” written by Djordje Pisarev and directed by Ratko Radivojevic.
